 As a sought after international business consultant, Sonali Shetty has led Fortune 500 companies – such as Radio Shack, Circuit City, and KPMG – towards meeting their strategic goals by successful execution of enterprise wide software solutions. With a Masters of Science in Bio-Medical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an executive MBA from the College of William and Mary, Sonali has earned a reputation for her leadership in both the software and management consulting arenas. Recently she accompanied a team of top business leaders on Governor Tim Kaine's trade mission to India. Previously, Sonali had also participated in Governor Mark Warner's trade mission to India. 

Sonali acquired early experience with the rapidly globalizing world while coordinating the best and brightest enterprise software development teams in Brazil, India, and Silicon Valley for PeopleSoft, Inc. Since that time she has garnered acclaim for the ability to guide a growing list of clientele through the planning, strategy, and solution phases of business development and execution. In addition to Compleo, Sonali is the founder and president of Spinnaker Edge, a successful consultancy where she merges her information technology, software, and management experience with years of business development expertise. At both Compleo and Spinnaker Edge, Sonali strives to find a better way to engage key resources, enhance business effectiveness, and leverage new technologies to propel her clients to success.

Most Recently, Sonali received Style Weekly’s “Top 40 Under 40” honor, and was nominated by the Virginia Museum for Fine Arts for their Muse Awards.  Sonali was invited to join the Virginia International Trade Alliance (VITAL) - an alliance between the State of Virginia and private enterprise to promote international trade and investment opportunities.  Sonali sits on the Service Exports task force.

Paul Spicer is an award-winning author, columnist, and marketing consultant.  As a freelance writer he is known for lively tales of off-beat travel along with colorful charters and nightlife from the international stage.  From food and spirits to art and entertainment, his work has graced the covers of worldwide publications.  Paul has also authored numerous business columns featuring innovative corporations and technology leaders.  As a marketing consultant he has lead small, medium, and large sized businesses to prestigious awards and appearances on NPR, CNN, US News & World Report, and Fortune Magazine.  In addition to serving as a principal at Compleo, Paul leads marketing initiatives at TecAccess, LLC and operates Spicer Marketing.   He is a member of the American Marketing Association and Society of Professional Journalists.  He is the winner of numerous media awards, Publisher’s Choice award, and Style Weekly’s “Top 40 Under 40” honor.
