With the world abuzz over Aloft Hotels, Compleo was up to the task of using social media to promote these hip, urban-inspired hotels in hot locations. Our goal was to allow people to sync up and link up with other Aloft fans, connect with on Facebook and Twitter, create groups that share common interests, upload pics and videos, and hold discussions in open forums.

For the thriving Aloft Hotels brand Compleo applied it's award-winning three step process:  1) target the audience 2) Engage the Audience and 3) Grow the Audience. 

In the targeting phase we first provided Aloft Hotles with qualitative and quantitative research services to understand the experiences and beliefs of its stakeholders and how they operate online. 

Next, Compleo built an online presence on social media platforms that fit the client's marketing, sales, and public relations objectives to target its desired audience.  We created the online presence by building customized web applications, widgets, and platforms to promote the Aloft brand.  This effectively allowed the client to complement and balance its traditional website with an additional viral component – an active web presence on today’s emerging social networks at once.  

Finally, in order for the client to maintain and grow the Aloft brand in this dynamic environment, we created a plan to monitor and update various social networks at once, and in a fashion that promotes its viral marketing strategies.  We therefore always do more than simply create profiles, fan pages, and product pages for clients -- we ensure that the client is able to monitor its online reputation in a way that is beneficial to its brand’s growth.
